Monique Perry MSW, RSW
Monique believes that unique experiences shape who we are. At times, these experiences, such as trauma, stress, and grief, can feel overwhelming. Therapy, as offered by Monique, provides a safe place where individuals are invited to explore emotional difficulties and life stressors. Her goal is to focus on your well-being, help you develop effective coping skills, and build on your strengths, with the understanding that there is great reward in working on creating the best version of ourselves.
Monique is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Her extensive experience as a Social Worker has given her the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and groups, with a particular focus on adults and older adults. Monique looks forward to building therapeutic relationships and offering support as clients enhance their strengths and resiliencies to continue their journey.
