Josée Gallant-Gordon MSW, RSW
Josée is a registered clinical social worker who holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Ottawa. She is professionally licenced by the Prince Edward Island Social Work Registration Board. Having worked in various capacities as a social worker and counsellor in government, academic and private settings has given Josée the opportunity to enhance her counselling skills to support adults, families, children and youth. Through her interest in supporting people who are affected by stuck places in their lives, amongst other modalities, Josée is formally trained in approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
Angela Dalton-Arsenault MSW, RSW
Life can be unpredictable and we are not always equipped to deal with challenges that occur. This can create a feeling of being overwhelmed that affects every area of our lives and can impact those around us. Angela is committed to using a compassionate and collaborative approach to facilitate positive changes and healthy coping. Angela’s experience includes working with mood and anxiety disorders, self-esteem and emotional issues, trauma, stress management, relationship and communication difficulties and support with parenting challenges.
Melanie Shea-Profit MSW, RSW
Melanie holds a master’s degree in Social Work and has 15 years of experience working with children, youth, and their families. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), among others. Melanie is honoured to have the opportunity to walk beside her clients through a piece of their life’s journey.
Karen Milligan CT, CCC
Karen’s degrees include a Bachelor of Education Human Resource Development, Master of Education with a focus on Inclusion, Master of Science Guidance and Counselling. She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Counselling Therapist.
Monique Perry MSW, RSW
Monique is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Her extensive experience as a Social Worker has given her the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and groups, with a particular focus on adults and older adults. Monique looks forward to building therapeutic relationships and offering support as clients enhance their strengths and resiliencies to continue their journey.
Kathleen O’Meara PT
Through her own personal experience and work in volunteering Kathleen saw firsthand how knowledge and movement come together to empower clients to achieve well-being and quality of life; inspiring her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. Kathleen graduated from Queen’s University in 2017 with a Master of Physiotherapy degree and began working in the clinical setting following.
Michelle Williams CT, CCC
Michelle is a Certified Canadian Counsellor and Counselling Therapist who has been providing counselling services to adolescents and adults for 10 years. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, MSCE in Guidance and Counselling, she is certified in DBT Skills, EMDR and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Michelle also enjoys working within the frameworks of CBT and teaching clients the benefits of mindfulness skills.
Kerri-Anne Ellsworth MSW, RSW
Kerri-Anne is a registered social worker on PEI and holds a Honors Bachelor of Social Work from Lakehead University and a Masters of Social Work from Memorial University. Kerri-Anne recognizes the importance of continued education and has acquired training in the areas of Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed care, etc.

Kiera Arsenault MSW, RSW
Kiera graduated with her Master’s degree in Social Work from Dalhousie University and is a registered Social Worker with the province of PEI. Her approach to therapy is casual and person-centred, and she is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Kiera looks forward to walking alongside her clients on their journey to healing and growth.
