Julia is a client-centered and\u00a0collaborative\u00a0therapist who believes counselling can help with a variety of difficulties\u00a0that we all experience throughout our lives. She aims to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to be their authentic selves to fully engage in the\u00a0counselling process, and believes in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.<\/div>\n

Julia is a Certified Counselling Therapist with\u00a0the CCTPEI Board, and has counselling experience in non-profit,\u00a0private practice and elementary school settings. She has worked with a variety\u00a0of clients from children to seniors, in individual, family and group settings. Julia has a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology. Julia has taken trauma specialization training as well as certifications from the High Conflict Institute, and utilizes\u00a0a variety of approaches in counselling including play, CBT, solution focused and narrative. Julia is a full-time teacher, and a lifelong learner who continually\u00a0seeks training opportunities to build her skillset.<\/div>\n
