Michelle Williams CT, CCC<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

Michelle believes everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life\u2019s difficulties. Working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, suicide ideation and trauma, Michelle\u2019s approach is client-centered and collaborative, emphasizing the importance of connection and building relationships to best support the therapy journey. What Michelle loves most about being a mental health professional is being a part of someone\u2019s journey in helping themselves.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Michelle is a Certified Canadian Counsellor and Counselling Therapist who has been providing counselling services to adolescents and adults for 10 years.\u00a0 Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, MSCE in Guidance and Counselling, she is certified in DBT Skills, EMDR and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.\u00a0 Michelle also enjoys working within the frameworks of CBT and teaching clients the benefits of mindfulness skills.<\/span><\/p>\n
